HL/CS Horrid FPS NEED HELP!!!

do you have antialiasing (FSAA) on? is anisotropic filtering disabled? those 2 things affect your fps the most in cs.

My calculus (2nd year engineering, btw) midterm is tomorrow (today actually, in about 13 hours)... I haven't done any of the assignments yet (5 of them). Haven't opened the textbook, didn't visit the course website until today. I've written notes down but never reviewed them. I failed calc...

Still Luvin' My ECS!

Right on. I've had mine for about 2 weeks now with no problems whatsoever, and it's blazing fast. The price makes it even sweeter.

This might sound stupid! But I think we should do it~ Submit a petition to ATi saying the following

Hehe... it's funny how people get so pissed off about video cards :) If you really want to send a message to ATI, don't buy the card. It's that simple. Besides, do you honestly need more power than a GF3? :P

My dilemma with PC133 and Dell motherboard

Yeah... my PC100 is Micron double sided, and this new stuff is single sided. Is that the problem? It's an el cheapo brand, so it wouldn't be surprising.

Currently I'm using a Dell XPS T500 desktop with 128 MB of PC100 ram and I felt the upgrade itch. So I went out and bought 256 MB of PC133. When I put the DIMM into the 2nd bank and started up my computer, I saw the Windows ME screen and it immediately rebooted without saying anything. OK, so...

Which N64 game is the best?

Well... the mini-game in Mario Pary called Bumper Balls.... that owned :) I'd have to go with Goldeneye as the best... other greats being Mario, Mario Kart, Mario Golf, Zelda, 1080, Smash Bros., and Rogue Squadron.
