Attention Low-End/Midrange Gaming System Builders

Has anyone actually used the ASRock Z170M Extreme4 (as posted for mid range build) in any of their builds? I don't trust the NE reviews for obvious reasons.

I like the buff they gave to the IS6. The sounds are a like/dislike for me. Some sound good while others sound bad. Some tanks sound like lawn mowers running around. LOL

No, but the tanks have access to several kinds of shells. You will get AP, HE, maybe HEAT or something else type shells for each tank. Then you spend in game money or whatever its called and get various upgrades of AP, HE, or HEAT, etc., shells that do more damage and better penetration...

Farcry and Uplay

I dislike Uplay a lot but it is worth it for FC3 and FC4. Just my opinion. I enjoy those games that much. A shame Uplay is attached to them.

Steam has all the Heroes of Might & Magic games on sale

HOMM 3 and 5 were the best IMO but I havent tried 7 yet. No real desire too either. If I had to pick one it would be HOMM 3 but that's just me.

Time for another "I'm getting too old for gaming" thread

I too would prefer a single player game. Once you get over 50 its hard to see things and click fast. I cant keep up with the 20 year old clickers anymore. LOL A co-op game that allows 6-8 players would be nice though. I have a group of friends I prefer to play with when it comes to something...

Surface Book and Surface Pro 4

Back in early Summer I was thinking of getting a Pro 3 but held off when I heard Pro 4 would come out this October. Guess its time to start thinking what to get again. A Pro 4 would be nice.

It'll be interesting to see what happens when they introduce the nerfs.. err... changes to penetration of the big tanks and increase the penetrations for mediums in the next patch. Even more gold being spammed is my prediction.

Anyone have Home Theater Setups for Gaming

Get one of those short throw type projectors and you won't have to sit so far back. Ideal for smaller rooms. At least that's what I have heard. WSGF has threads about it. Biggest con about projector gaming is cost. The units are not cheap and replacing the inner light unit can be expensive too...

You guys see the new line of French tanks that are coming in next patch? I think its the next patch. Anyway WG was showing them off on their website. Haven't seen any stats yet. Just by looks the last two looked any kind of fearsome. The rest 'looked' meh.

Kill the T1 tanks in a fail platoon on sight. They'll hate you but less likely to do it in the future. Just no good excuse for them to be doing that sort of crap. Its what I do. Let them get out away from the base circle first though. Less chance of WG's bans. >:)

@Slag, Seems like every online game I have ever played got bloated as time went on. Nature of the beast I guess. I been playing WoT since early beta too. Seen many many changes. The more tanks you add the harder it is to balance properly. @Others, For the platoon missions just ask people...
