Wind powered vehicle, or perpetual motion machine?

I don't believe its possible to faster than wind speed downwind, however its very easy to go many times the wind speed crosswind. All you need is a sail shaped like a airfoil.

DIY PC water cooling and Case

Excellent work. Perhaps you can start up a PC cooling supplies company in India. You appear to have the skills to manufacture watercooling components that can be market ready. I assume the best cooling parts have to be imported and thus are expensive. This means less competition locally...

Artic Freezer 64 vs AMD Heatpipe

I have the AMD heatpipe, and its performance is comparable to the XP-90. I think it will be cheaper to just switch out the fan for a 80mm panaflo, I doubt the Freezer will be that much cooler than the heatpipe, if at all.

Is my LCD holding back my Games?

Well, maybe not all LCDs run @ 60 Hz, but make sure your refresh rate is the one specified by the manufacturer

are you running @ 75Hz? Many LCD panels can't handle that refresh rate properly. Check if you are running at the recommended refresh rate. Besides, its pointless to go above 60Hz for LCD, LCDs dont work like CRTs in having a scan rate, instead they change individual pixels at the refresh rate...

Just put in a step-up request and if the card you want is out of stock, they'll put you in queue. When the stuff comes back in stock, they'll notify you and you can send in your old card.

Agreed.... the Antec P150 is alot quieter than the P180 The P180 is more emphasized on looks

Going to swap HSF... never done this before...

It will also dissolve your alumminum heatsink into a slag of corroded metal. You should see photos of it eating its way through a Zalman 7700-AlCu... its pretty cool actually.

Swiftech MC14 & VF700?

I was looking at the vf700 and I wonder if they ramsinks they provide is good enough? They are made of alumminum and only 6mm tall. The MC14 ramsinks look nice but are 14.5mm tall. The VF700 does seem to have some clearance under their fins, but does anyone actually know of those ramsinks...

High GPU Temperatures!

I would prob get the Silencer if not for the fact that I already did my windtunnel mod. I would hate to take out the fan I modded into the PCIe slots.
