America's Most Miserable Cities

Luckily we put term limits in place now and this will be his last term. Unfortunately, the county mayor will probably take his place. I personally like the Memphis area. I live in the burbs though (Arlington).

Jr has won more than superspeedway races. He is actually really good on shor tracks. It is the intermediate where he struggles.

He really isn't that overrated. I believe only Johnson and Gordon have more wins in the same amount of time Jr has been at the cup level. Just three years ago he had 6 wins in one season. It has been the last two years where the team has struggled.

Water heaters...

Geothermal systems usually cost double the standard system so it would probably cost another 8-10K for geothermal. I would love to put one in though. One of the pluses is it will also heat your water during the summer.
