Will a 550 MHz Celeron be able to run fanless?

How long will a CPU live?

I get scared when my temps go above 105 degrees F, but that's only cuz i got an ALPHA PAL 8045T. Anything in the 130 degrees range should cause concern, though 120 degree F range is nice, as is 11x range. Basically, get really worried if it reaches 150 degrees. AMD says that their processors...
