Yep. I'd buy one during the slump if things didn't take so long to change. I wish I bought a good diesel 4 or 5 yrs ago for 8-10k. Could sell now & make $4k +. [emoji2] Glad I don't need a diesel now. I almost don't need a truck but 18-20mpg is decent for now. No payments means saving up.

yeah, the ram 1500 express/ tradesman. Trucks like that can be had less expensive, especially when they've been sitting at a dealer for a year.

If you don't a truck alot, just rent one. The mileage would add up though. So i guess that's only good for dump runs & stuff. That's 1 reason I'd regret selling my stickshift 18-20mpg 1997 v8 F150 stepside. $170 reg, $45-50/mo ins. I'll keep my eye out for a sub $20k, sub 10 yr old truck to add...

I recommend selling your car privately or keep it. If you drove 100k+ miles in the car, the gas savings would almost pay for the truck. The newer ram 1500 with v6 & 8 speed does get good mpg. I'd go v8 anyways. My old 5spd F150 v8 did 21+mpg highway. The "midsize" trucks might be light enough...

Subaru Ascent quick review

I don't like leather seats. Get back to your car after being out somewhere for over an hour & you'd burn your ass. Well, someone with short shorts anyways. Leather is easy to clean i guess. My 20 yr old truck w/ original clothe seats age well.

low calaorie beverages that are healthy

I concur. I make 12-16oz smoothies in the morning with a lil milk, plain greek yogurt, 1 banana & a cereal bowl worth of blueberries & strawberries. Also, I have to drink over a gal of water & 1 32 ounce gatorade per day at work in summer. Sweat has to be replaced.

Thoughts on Colorful SSD's

If you can do Ebay, I recommend looking up Gtx 970's on there although I'm not sure how prices are. I got one 8months or so ago for $160. [emoji848] For SSD, i agree about only using crucial, samsung, or similar good popular drives. $60-70 for a 250gb isn't bad, or $100-120 for a $500 i think.

Subaru Ascent quick review

[emoji848] hmm. By the way, if it's unibody or such like the Ridgeline, it's a car w/ a bed, not a pickup. It's Interesting that my late 90's F150 gets the same combined mpg as the OP said for this suv. My truck is 100-300lbs lighter w/ my 250hp or so v8 compared to that turbo 4-banger...

Which of these old cards is the best

My GTX 970 was $143 early this year. Not sure how prices are now. A gtx 1060 might be a fine choice depending on price.

Upgrading my pc after 7yrs

Some people gotta have the latest thing and/or don't mind Win 8.1 or they actually like it. I'd go with Win 7 myself although I have alot of 'puters using XP.
