I just installed this mobo with an Opteron 144 and 2 GB of G. Skill PC4000 and everything works great except for the hardware monitoring functions. It's a Newegg refurb board, version 1.1.
My vcore, vbatt, and vdimm all show 4.08v, 12v shows 16.32v, and the 5v and 5vsb are 6.85. My cpu temp...
don't forget they upgraded the cd-rw burning from 24x to 32x. That is a noticeable difference if you use rws. I've heard it's quieter, too, but mine hasn't come in yet, so dunno.
Yeah, I used the Winflash that was on the driver CD and the .bs file for the most "recent" BIOS on the website. I was just hoping that they had come out with something since then.
I'm still using the drivers from the CD, might try the latest nVidia and see if it makes any difference. I'm...
zoiks, where did you get the latest BIOS and how did you install it? I haven't been able to find anything very recent, but if I can, does that Winflash utility work pretty well?

Got one of mine in today.

My front bezel says "CISNET" and there's a sticker on the side that gives an abbreviated component list, so it looks like they were selling these as preassembled packages, then decided to take them apart and...
that used to happen to me in downtown Chicago with an ol Cambridge Soundworks 2.1 set. It was super annoying. Finally dumped them on another college student after I got out.
