Lead Tek 6600 Gt || tv-out Problem . No color

hi, i have a problem with my video card. i use a RCA cable to plug my compuer to my Tv. I set it to ntsc on my computer. the problem is that i get no colors at all. all i have is black and white and shades of grey. Weird thing is when the computer is loading up, and u see window xp loading up...

Hey, iam wondering what temperature means its too hot, or when to start to worry. Like for the CPU Temperature and the Sys Temperature. My Cpu temperature is 42C My Sys Temperature is 39C Is that average? or a bit too hot?
