I got a compaq laptop right before ATI came out with the Radeon Mobile Graphics Its a Presario 2500 2.4 B Northwood 512MB PC2100 ATI 345M IGP I am wondering if there is anyway to upgrade, alternatives being Radeon Mobile Graphics or I think I have seen PCI Video Cards that could also connect...

I think I saw it on a mx 400 at walmart or something like that I would use the external card for my video card and i guess I would have to figure a way out how to disable the IGP

Need a Video Card

I remember seeing something about a video card being able to be connected to a computer through USB or some other external adapter. Right now I have a compaq laptop with 512mb PC2100 and a P4B 2.4 with ATI M345 IGP that uses shared memory.

Mobile P4 3.06 Prescott OC - 4.2 on air?

I assume what ES means it is Extra Special, or that is the testing CPU that the manufacturer sends to places like Anandtech and they left the Multiplier unlocked. Although with the current news for intel I would not think that they would unlock anything to anyone.

TeAM AnandTech SETI

Everything seems Ok now I was very close to reinstalling windows earlier today, but then I realized that I could just do a system restore. And now instead of doing my paper that is due tonight I was looking around on the AnandTech forums and thought this SETI thing would be kinda cool to do. James
