How do I increase the speed of my PS/2 mouse port?

I would have thought that would be related to the BIOS or FSB... I may be confused but I thought it was meant to run @ 33.3MHz.

Overclocking FX-55

I would make sure you have the latest BIOS flashed (sometimes they make the temp readings more accurate with a BIOS update). I would tend to believe the BIOS more than a program because it's my understanding that the program is getting its temp reading from the BIOS anyways.... (could be wrong)...

Any PC shop can test it. I'm pretty sure BestBuy, CircuitCity, etc could test it too, although they will probably charge a fee and the local PC shop might not, especially if you bought the cpu from them. I agree that the CPU is most likely not the culprit (especially if the PC was ever able...

K8VSE Deluxe Boot Issue (SLOW)

Heat Emergency!!!

Sounds like something a CompUSA worker would recommend... LOL. Not sure why but I do have an A64 3500+ that is running @ 65+ @ idel and at load. Could be poor temp reading from the Asus Probe software but it hasn't resulted in sluggishness, BSoDs, corruption, etc yet. How is your CPU running...

LOL! If so Asus just lost a life long customer... I'm hoping they are able to increase the performance of the Deluxe with the next few BIOS releases. I haven't heard/read what the Premium version has that the Deluxe does not.... I'd be interested to know.

Who has an SLI system working with LCD monitor?

Liquid Video A170E101 works flawlessly with SLI enabled. Its only a 17" LCD (no widescreen) and it only has a VGA input but it works and its cheap.

LCD resolution settings playing Desert Combat Final.

Have they released any patches for that game? If so maybe it will resolve that issue. I assume you have your video card driver installed if the desktop with show 1280 resolution. What video card and driver version are you using?

ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe BIOS 1006 released!

Your link doesn't show a 1006 version BIOS. The highest they have available for DL is 1004. No 1005 or 1006 under Release or Beta DL sections.... Thanks for the tease. ::EDIT:: Sorry, I guess their site was pouched. Link is working now. I also see a 1007.2 Beta BIOS here...
