I use a lawn service. It's about $60 per application and they do 6 applications per year. My yard is about 3/4 of an acre. It looks great too. It's not that much more expensive than buying the chemicals and doing it yourself. Plus if weeds come back they will re apply it at no charge.
Pay off the cards. Then don't buy anything you cant pay for in cash. Take the monthly payment you had been paying on the cards and save it till you have the cash for house downpayment. Shouldnt take you too long. This way you will go into home ownership without debt hanging over you.

I just tried to use this XP home upgrade to install over an XP pro version. It would not let me. Within a few seconds it gave me some sort of error message about "invalid upgrade path". Is my only option to do a clean install?
