I'm looking to buy a graphics tablet but I don't have a lot of money to spend. I will primarily be using it for drawing with GIMP. I looked at the really inexpensive tablets but those seem to be for signatures, not drawing. What is the least I can hope to spend on a graphics tablet for drawing...

I really need help. Last night I tried to install (from DVD) the Sims 3 Seasons on my PC. We had a brown out in the middle of the installation. I tried making it run, of course it didn't. So I tried to uninstall. It claimed to have done so, but still shows up in my Add/Remove Programs...
