Anyone have the Samsung SyncMaster 2494HM?

i would prefer that kind of stand with the matte finish. where did you buy yours because it seems all i can find are the glossy ones.

Is your processor Running slower than you think it should be ? Or at a different multiplier than it should be ?

ok a quick question i didnt read all the posts in the thread cause its a lot. i have vista64 and in control panel>power options, there are 3 options, "balance", "power saver" and "performance". i changed it from "balance" to "performance". does this mean that the cpu wont be throttled or toggled...

confirmed the gfx_maxfps 30 command stops the stuttering, and i dont know what u guys are talking about, maybe stop taking missions from the same people, i love the game so far.also pretty sure whoever ur character is doesn't have malaria

FarCry vid card review

i have the same issue, HD 3870, 8.10's. word in the herd is that disabling catalyst ai fixes the stuttering. i didnt have much time, but i turned it off and went in game for like a minute. seems to be gone but there might be some side effects anyone wanna test it out?

so i have a pc that i gave to my family when i got myself a new one. the motehrbaord is a MSI k8n neo2 platinum with an athlon 64 3500+ 2 gigs of ram and an x800xt. when i try to start it up the platinum splash screen appears and then just stays there...forever. so what i tried to do was...

Driver update using Windows update...

the title is basically it guys. i was doing some windows updates and i saw on the list that there is an available update for my ATi drivers. I was wondering if i should keep doing it the way i always have been with driver cleaner and such or if its safe/good to do it through windows update.

so, in the anandtech review, they say that for the 9800gtx turning the vsync off in the driver control panel resulted in lowered fps. so i have an HD 3870 and in the control panel im guessing vsync is called "wait for vertical refresh", should i leave it to on and then turn it off in game? will...
