Pm'd you. Also, go into device manager and make sure you have no icons with a ! next to it. If so, right click it and hit update driver, or reinstall driver. http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Sup..._Model.aspx?FAQID=2538 This should fix it for you. They talk about how to disable Microsoft...

So I just got a 7950GX2...

The newer drivers should let you enable/disable without a reboot. As far as the two monitors running while sli is enabled your SOL. The only other solution is a pci video card to display on the second monitor while sli is enabled.

It's arrived! eVGA 7900 GTO

I bet they tested the hell out of these cards with lower voltage and lower memory clocks and finally found the stable spot where the samsung ram could handle it. Slap a GTO sticker on it and you've got a good product again.

Just be careful. I'm sure they lowered the voltage for a reason. I don't think I'm going to flash mine just to make sure I avoid trouble.
