ATI RV530 & RV515 specs revealed

Oh right, they're just delaying for the fun of it... Impressive how no one else have figured that out yet... ;) It's not hard to see that ATI has had some issues with the R520 over the last several months. Doing that many respins, delaying for so long, while the 7800 is selling like hot cakes...

LCD refresh rates

I disagree on the resolution part. My CRT can do 1900'ishx1440. Finding an affordable LCD that does 1600x1200 is hard enough. And 1280x1024 is certainly not an impressive resolution. All that means is that your CRT's suck. ;)

R520 Junk or Marketing Asleep at the wheel?

Wow, a lot of unfounded rumors and "I had a dream that the R520 will totally own the G70"... :) We know what the G70 is capable of, we know r520 is 90nm and has been delayed again and again. And we know that yields still aren't very good (if they were, they wouldn't need to delay to stockpile...
