Memory upgrade opinions?

I am planning on upgrading my RAM. I currently have this in my system on this motherboard. I am looking for a 512 Mb stick to upgrade. How much does staying with the same brand (Geil) and same CAS latency (2) matter? I can save some $$ buying from a different company.

MSI 9800 PRO?

Yeah Pete you do have a good point. I may decide to go for a 6600 GT, although I was hoping on making a video card purchase under $200 (perhaps a resold MSI 9800). Does anyone have any opinions on a good card for that price?

Best AIB/3rd Party ATI card?

IMHO MSI is really good. They have excellent software packages and great overclocking performance.
