Anyone have a Vita, and like it?

I have ended up using mine just for music since my MP3 player said goodbye to world. But I am pretty sure you won't be disappointed if you would like to play some games.

I wouldn't suggest it. Imho and on my experience, dumbbels and some specific effective exercices would do the work better and cheaper.

How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

it depends on the day. Usually 6-7. When, I know I can sleep; ~10.

Basic home gym workout

I personally have this chin bar that #Cappuccino suggested, and I have to suggest it too. It's the perfect tool for the back and in general. And it's cheap too.
