If Samsung was trying to deceive people into thinking they were buying an iPhone or a phone with iOS, Apple would have a case. It is fairly obvious that is not the case. The phones are clearly marked "SAMSUNG" and they tout the Android OS.

I would love to replace my Harmony remote with something like you describe. Bluetooth enabled, on screen keyboard, and timer functions to turn on and off devices would be awesome.
