there r other kind of PSU, such as Thermaltake Toughpower 1000 w and beyond. This unit sports 2 PSU in 1. One with 2 rails +12V and +3.3V and the other with 2 rails +12V and +5V. Cool =)

I still use riva tnt2 m64 for the computer i use in my office. however, everytime i play a direct3d game the screen blinks intermittenly.
i tried forceware driver since official beta 67.03 up to the latest final 71.94 but all of them gave me the blinks.

sorry to interupt mate, thi may be quite off topic. nvidia has just updated the latest driver to 71.84. but then i can't find "refresh rate overide" option in nvidia's newest driver. anybody know where it is?
1) Problem solved. found a file that creative hide called "ctpanel.exe". The file controls many important things, including cmss.
2) cannot rename. it's a device name not the Local Area Connection's name

hello all, i need the help of the computer experts out there.
I have two driver problems.
1) installing audigy latest driver for some reason turns on cmss. without creative playcenter its seems to be imposible to turn it off.
well, for me playcenter is crappy and i dont want to install it...
if you have more than a gig of ram at least (say 1.5 gig), then disable the large system cache will hurt performance. Anyway, what's a gig of ram for if not for cache? is there any programs, that utilise them?
for me i enable "large system cache" and "disable paging executive"
