Ah, that makes sense. Well obviously I wouldn't want to do that, so I guess I'll just go with 4x8GB, since if I upgrade down the line, 8X4GB would probably be a lot of stress on the memory controller, right?

I just don't understand why you can get 4X8 GB for a 32GB kit, but you can only get 4x4GB for a 16GB kit. If I could get 2X8GB, I would gladly get that now and then purchase the same kit down the line to upgrade to 32GB if necessary, and be safe because it would be the exact same RAM.

Best time of year to buy all the parts for a brand new build?

In terms of price, is it the general consensus that you will get the best prices on Black Friday or cyber Monday to buy all your parts? Or is there another time of year that's better? I hate seeing my PCPartPicker graph hitting a low spike by a few hundred dollars and then leveling off again...

I tried a few different drivers. UPD, as well as the old 4050 drivers... none of them fixed the problem. But I'm starting to think that the problem lies in the way some of these new laserjets feed paper... they have trays like inkjets with a small paper guide, rather than trays you pull out...

These new printers go face up actually. I'm definitely feeding the labels the right way, and when I try it the reverse way, the same thing happens (these 5160s and 5963s don't have a feed direction because they are symmetrical).

First-Time Overclocker, problems with E6750 and DDR2-800 RAM
