But what if i buy the PG279Q. This is an old monitor but still way better then my xl2720z. It's IPS 144hz and gsync. Should be a worthy upgrade and the gtx1080 would do fine right?
Goodevening friends,
Looking for a new monitor to buy.
Got my eye on the asus pg279q. First i almost bought the 34 inch alienware but i dont like the curve.
Currently running the benq 2720Z and used to 144hz high refreshrate.
I know te pg279q is an old monitor but im not finding anything...
My problem is i live in the netherlands. No where to be found this monitor. I could get it in germany but if something is wrong its a pain in the **s to sent it back. Have to order it through a friend who lives there.
Leaning towards the Alienware AW3418DW 1440p 120hz gsync. Currently running a 144hz benq 2720z. Will i hit 120fps with my gtx1080 on the Alienware AW3418DW?
Hi.
Been trying to order te alienware aw3418dw here in the netherlands. Not working out. Been in contact with Dell Not coming here. Bummer.
Still looking for a good replacement.
Any suggestions?
Thnks guys. Much aprreciated.
Now my only question is if i will be able to get 120 fps with my setup on this ultrawide 1440p monitor. With my gtx1080 and i5 6800k?
that's way over my budget, and i don't know if i could handle (my pc that is) 200hz refresh rate.
Currently leanin towards the
ASUS ROG Swift Curved PG348Q
its 100hz gsync, is this gonna be a downgrade from my benq z2720 144hz ??
