Computers can see each other, but...

I have been able to not only do START/RUN/\\192.168.1.101 but also map a drive to the server name. But browsing with "my network places aka Network neighborhood still does not show the server, just myself. Cant join a domain server if I cant browse it. Any ideas?

Network Neighborhood

I am trying to join the domain of the other but it say it cant see it. Both are 192.168.x.x addresses. netbeui and file sharing are loaded.

Computers can see each other, but...

I too am using a Linksys 4 port Cable router and am having worse problems. The PC's all using DHCP from the router. All grab DNS from my ISP. All can reach the internet for browsing just fine. But Network Neighborhood will NOT show the others. All can be PINGed. What gives? I tried playing...

Yes file and print sharing present. Still cant see others while browsing Microsoft network. Yes Microsoft client for networks is also present.

Hey gdog3000, Does CompUsa have price-protection? I bought Both the Hival CD/DVD and LinkSys cable router. If not I guess I could return what I have and buy it again.

What is recommened for ABIT KA7 and Athlon 800 Memory for OC

What memory will work best for OC'ing in an KA7 and 800 motherboard. Memman.com does not know. Mosel Vitalic v2 seems the best, but will it work best with KA7?
