PNY 6800GT or BFG 6800GT

in dont see how there can be claimd a "heatpipe" in the new bfg, its still 1 piece of copper heatsink, but these cards overclock good. i have it... it was like $430 total at best buy. but I like the fact that the PNY comes with doom, I woulda got that. Besides, on the warranty, if my card gets...

download coolbits2.reg , search for it on google... then search for "6800 tweak guide" or something like that..

BFG maybe special edition 6800s?

i got one, i pulled the card and slapped arctic silver 3 on it.. im running @ ultra clocks right now. It can go higher too, but i havent tried...

6800 GT cards... PSU question -- what is the recommended ampage per the 12V rail?

so last week i spent 60 on a antec 350w, then went to computer fair and even saw cool looking anodized heatsinked 400-500w psu for like 20 bucks and was kicking myself for buying the antec.. but you guys say that i should stick with the antec?

Upgrading from a GF3Ti200 to a GF6800. What's the best way to remove old drivers!?

congrats man! i just came from a gf3ti200 too.. upgraded this past weekend.. your gonna love the card. I just put in the new card, booted up. I was running 61.xx drivers, i just had that in and then later updated to 65.xx series. You should not have any problems.

will 250w psu be ok for 6800gt??

umm they seem pretty cheap on pricewatch.. should there be anything to consider when ordering?? Im thinking i should go 500w to be safe...

well im at work right now, but my case is a cheiftec dragen, the power supply says "Intel" so maybe that will survive???

Since im picking up a 6800gt tonight, wanted to know if i can get by wiht a 250w power supply untill i get a new one? I got a few old cases that i can take a psu, can I run a seperate one into my case to release stress off jus 1? or does each power supply need a motherboard to control it?

they cant hold it for long, the guy said he can try to hold it for a day, but i think if someone demands for it, they will give it up since the person didnt pay for it.

the print out was pretty much item description and price, no fancy paper or anything. I jus went up to him and said "can you pull this? the lady in cs gave it to me" and he said "oh yah we got that" and went to the back and pulled it out right away. Im jus mad that I lacked the funds.. oh...

ok best buy had it.. not on the shelf so i went to customer service and asked for it, she gave me a print out and i went to the department and he pulled it... I go up to buy it and I dont have enough funds!! I made a deposit this morning so it hasnt finalized yet.. =( but the guy said he can...

OCing 2.8Ghz to 3.36 locks up and video corruption ?

not to thread jack, but i ordered a P4 2.53 cpu on ebay, does this have potential?? Ill be happy at 3gig..
