are you moving to 4gb ram for vista?

Makaveli, you are wrong. Unless you have turned off superfetch. Vista will use nearly all the RAM you have available, I have 2GB and even with no programs open, I only have 20-70MB free. This is a good thing, it's being put to much better use.

X2 game issue...Is it the same with ATI and NVIDIA?? How many problems are the P-Ds having???

Guys, Games aren't the only problem. My Sapphire Theatrix 550 is giving me loads of problems on my X2 3800+. No matter what I try, I cannot get the Live TV in MCE 2005 to not stutter every 10seconds. But when I move the exact same tuner, to my Athlon XP system, it works like a charm...

Day of Defeat: Source! Awesome graphics! HDR and all

The smoke looks like crap in those screens. have you seen the explosions and smoke in COD2? they are something to be marvelled. The gameplay in COD2 seems better to me as well, it just feels more exciting.

Occasional booting with 0 contrast on L90D+ LCD monitor

I just picked up one of these monitors two weeks ago as well and am having the same problem. it will sometimes start with 0 contrast after coming out of standby. I am using the DVI connection on an ATI 9600 Pro, so I don't think it's a video card issue.

Ultra100 & Maxtor 15GB problem

Hmm is this really ok?

but then again, who really cares what it looks like, if you hardly ever look at it? Being inside the case that is. I would much rather see a very low temperature in my taskbar :) much more conforting than a nice looking heatsink.
