1gb Single rank ddr400 ram? (non-ecc, unbuffered)

Hi, I am building a machine with an AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+ Manchester, using a DFI Lanparty SLI-DR motherboard. The board supports at most 4gb of ram, but because of the cpu, apparently it is only possible to run 4gb at ddr400 if one uses single rank ram. Does anyone know where to find this...

radeon 9600 pro or xt?

Whoah whoah. There's no way I'm going to spend the money for a 9800pro. Surely video game designers don't expect everyone to have the highest-end video cards or they wouldn't be making any profit. I've mucked around on various review sites, and the gamespy reviewer used only a Geforce4 Ti4600...
