My spread was bigger: $140 vs. $90, so it was an easier call.
Since the thing is in a Javascript that runs at the top of this page:
ANAND (case sensitive)
Exactly.
Like Cheese, I had planned to go again with Crucial, who wanted $140 all-in for their 512 stick, before I spotted the Mushkin ad and gave them a shot.
Foolish: Can't attest for the Mushkin video line, only memory. I thought we were talikng SODIMMs.
Better:
Go to top of page.
Click on Mushkin.
Select 512 PC2100 SODIMM.
Add coupon.
Pony up $90.
Take delivery ~2 days later.
Install in x300, etc (ever so gently).
Going to Best Buy, etc. ...angst...
whereas Mushkin ,,,priceless...
Just plugged in and fired up a 200-pin SODIMM of Mushkin generic PC2100 DDR (x300). EMMV.
Again, applying the (case sensitive) inducement, normally verboten here, located in the ad clickie at the top of this page, it ran $101 - 10% shipped. In comparison, Crucial's wants $122+tax+shipping for...
Re: Latitude Memory

[Unforeseen consecutive post.]
Orders arriving, already. What 3-5 day shipping? Next day, baby.
Woot/schweat/etc.

And if they upgraded through Dell, they probably won't admit it here. Anyway, thanks for the reminder; my toy shipped today and I'm going with Crucial.
Same-o. For all the same reasons. And not being able to shake the itch, went with the petite X300 instead. AKA a bulky PDA/MP3 player on (Centrino) steroids that can double as a laptop.
The coupons don't stack. The 15 was hard to come by, but was good for another $80 off on the pricey X300. Why it almost covers a 512-meg stick of Crucial 2100 ($117).
It sounds like you'll be fine with the C400.
Constant alright; constantly changing.
A WDC supervisor just represented that the checks would begin mailing this week. She first blamed the delay on an extension of the promotion period, but when reminded that it was actually cut back to two days, she blamed it on Dell's adding $100 to the...
