I think you must install first the Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers that came w/ the driver CD w/ your mobo. But my suggestion is to download the latest in the Intel website rather than your mobo website as I think they're not the latest.
This is a known issue w/ P67 mobos. I think all OEMs are going to fix this w/ a bios fix. Even w/ some owners of the AM4E this happens. Here's a link w/ some AM4E owners.

If I can clarify what you're saying is that, they just replaced the chips on all the b2 boards that they manufactured or had before & after the launch of the P67, slap the sticker showing the new revision then not sell as refurbished, simply because it never made it to end consumers in the first...
