few modem problems - won't connect?

Windows 98/2000 Hotkeys?!?!?

I'm working on an assignment for school that requires me to find a list of Special Function/Hotkeys in 98 or 2000 (such as Ctrl+Shift+A for all caps). I've searched the web for an hour but came up with nothing. Does anybody know where I can find a list of these?

ok I finally ask you guys....PC won't POST!

wow that was wierd. I busted out my volt meter and connected it to a molex connector to test it. (With the computer on). Ok so it sparked and the computer shut down. Crap i thought, i fried my PS. Turn it on again and fans spin up just like before but still no Post. I connect it to the ATX-12V...

I just remembered I had an 850mhz Tbred in the PC my friend lets me run as a server. Would that work? Would the DDR Screw it up? Its in an HP. For Test purposes Im talking only.

yes I HAVE overclocked before, although not much, as one of my sticks is actually PC2100, not 2700 (forgot to mention that). The most I've gone up to is 1.7ghz, but only for a few minutes, then I'd run it at 1.65ghz or so, not much of an overclock, and I didn't do it much, mostly it was always...
