how to get Vshield in all user account sin XP?

How to see Vshield from all user accounts?

No McAfee was not running in non-manager/admin accounts. I can see the program if I go through start/all program menu but not running and I cannot even start the Vshield in non-manager accounts. I can only do on demand scan of C: drive.

how to erase C: drive

anyway to recover the boot info from ISO file? If not then, how do I proceed with the erasing C: drive and re-installing clean win XP on it? Thanks.

I tried the wipe hard rive routine.. I hot F10 during setup time. Then selected C: THen logged in as admin. Then typed: format c:/FS:NTFS IT asks everyting on C: will be lost? I HIT Y Then it just gives me prompt without erasing anything.....weired again... Then I type EXIT and back to...

But the sequence under the BOOT is the way I listed earlier. CD-ROM is above the hard drives.

That is my problem. The XP setup asks me to select partition on which I want to install XP. So I select C:NTFS (only 1 partition I have). Then press "D" to erase the partition but at this point, setup says that it cannot erase it because some required setup files are stored on the C: drive...
