So I was poking around Imgur, and saw a user comment named personal info deleted. I remembered that was Shorty from his Google/Picasa account he used to post various pics.
I looked to see what this user had uploaded, and lo and behold, what do I see?

I finally got the suspension together with the parts listed in this thread - here's some finished front end pics:

My taste would be OSB unpainted. You are correct though - if you want a complete finished look, drywall or much more expensive sanded interior plywood would be best.
I imagine drywall will get dicked up pretty bad over the years.. OSB would fare much better, and give a better surface for mounting hooks etc to store things on the wall.
