Onboard raid or separate raid card??

I was wondering which one gives the best performance on raid 0. I have an Asus P4S800d-e deluxe that has onboard raid. Will a separate raid card give a better performance overall over the onboard raid?? I have 2 hitachi 180gb PATA hard drives that I want to put on raid 0. I remember reading...

Raid on Abit IC7

Does anyone know if the Abit IC7, IC7-G, or IC7-max3 has onboard raid for PATA hard drives? I know they got it for the SATA.

vcore readings inaccurate??

I'm getting real frustrated now...playing around with the vcore makes my computer freeze. I set it as auto now and works fine. Reading between 1.6-1.612 now.

I have a p4 2.8c on a asus p4c800 deluxe. On the the max vcore voltage on the processor says 1.525 volts, but when I set it to 1.525 in the bios, the computer freezes up or restarts when i start my computer. I fixed the problem when i set it to 1.6 volts, but now the readings on the voltage is...

most stable overclocker?

Did I just get a crap cpu??? I've seen reviews where people overclocked past 250 fsb on a 2.8c processor. Maybe I should just wait until asus updates the bios for the board....

heatsink and fan for P4S800D-E Deluxe

Does anyone know where I can get a heasink with a fan to cool the SIS 655tx chipset. The mobo has passive cooling (heatsink). I was wondering what fits for the mobo and how to install it. Thanks
