My office workstation is running an nForce 430 motherboard which has an onboard GeForce 6100 GPU. I also have a PCIe GeForce 6200, so I haven't previously used the onboard GPU. I have had two identical 19" LCDs (Viewsonic Optiquest Q97) connected to the PCIe card for a long time, both running...
I'm also having this issue with an MSI K8T Neo2-FIR, Windows XP SP2, running the latest (as of April 2008) Hyperion drivers from viaarena.com. Even the ports on the motherboard's built in I/O backpanel have this issue, so I know it's not my Antec Sonata II case.
The other thing that irks me...
Well, it would seem that the phone uploader website I used with my previous phone (Samsung A840) works with the Katana II also. It's at http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/index.php for those who may be curious.
I just purchased a Sanyo Katana II (model SCP6650), which is a Sprint handset. It has Bluetooth capability, and I can get my Mac to connect to it just fine, but I tried uploading an MP3 to it to use as a ringtone and it failed saying the file type is unsupported. OK, cool, phone doesn't...
I have only recently purchased a few things (couple albums and some Battlestar Galactica episodes) from the iTMS for the first time. I like to keep a solid backup of my system, and with digitally purchased music now added to that backup list, I need to know what to do to properly back up iTMS...
One of the guys at the office is wanting to get a Dell 3007WFP monitor, but he currently doesn't have a video card that will support it. He is also limited to AGP, and doesn't want to have to get a new motherboard right now.
I recently purchased a BFG 6800GS AGP, and he was asking me if this...
My assumption for the moment is that it has something to do with the fact that since it's necessary to use the non-WHQL driver for the card to work, and since Rivatuner does not officially work with the 82.12 ForceWare, that is has something to do with how the driver recognizes the card after...
Just wanted to chime in with some relevant information for anyone considering this card. I purchased the BFG 6800GS OC AGP from mwave.com last week, and so far I have been thoroughly pleased with it.
One minor issue, the current latest WHQL driver available on NVIDIA's website (81.98) does...
Sounds like at a minimum you have a bad stick of RAM; possibly a bad motherboard too if it's not even POSTing now. Warranties are your best friend in these situations.
No, he's most likely talking about the plastic arm on one side of the heatsink retention clip. Athlon64 heatsinks attach to the base bracket in much the same fashion that older Socket370 and Socket A heatsinks did, albeit with the aid of a (usually plastic) arm attached which helps you lock it...
