Very weak sound from one speaker channel

I've taken delivery of a new 2.1 speaker system today (Acoustic Energy Aego M), but I'm having great problems getting anything but the faintest sound from the right hand satellite. It's not the satellite itself, nor the cable connecting it to the sub as I've swapped both round with the left hand...

Strange problem: Seagate HDD on Gigabyte DQ6 MB

To complicate things even further, I've found (and tested 10 times - 5 times doing it, 5 times not) that if I gun any key on the keyboard during the AHCI bios screen that stops the disk read error occuring when it usually would have done on a reboot. EDIT: Also, this reboot problem only...

They're all slow 120mm ones, so are all sub-30dba. They wery qwiet ;) I'm quite surprised as I saw on Anandtech a few days ago a case with a side panel which could hold 4 120mms! I guess that's bad? Happy to remove my side fan and get even quieter if it'll make things better! It's intake...

Thanks for the info jonny, but I hope it'll be ok as the case has a 120mm exhaust, and single 120mm intakes on the front, side and top. I think, if the S12 is indeed one with a 120mm intake on the bottom (can't seem to tell by the pics I've seen), the airflow should balance out ok.

Excellent, thanks. My next question was going to be what are the recommendations, but you've picked one from the shortlist of three I had, and since I can see from your sig that it'll work with my graphics card, I'll save some cash and go witht he 500w instead of the 600w.
