SSD - partition or not to partition

So, I got a Samsung 840 Pro SSD (256gb), and I am wondering whether I should partition it as I have do always with the regular hard drive. Partition C for Windows 7 & apps, partition X for my data. Since this is an SSD and it is much faster than a regular drive, I figured to just have one...

Upgrade of Cable Modem

I'm thinking of upgrading my cable modem. Currently, I got a Linksys BEFCMU10. I'm thinking of going with a Motorola SurfBoard SB6141. Although Comcast stated that they "increased" the speed in my area, Chicago, I always had a stable speed of 28Mbps, and my speed never drops below 15Mbps. So...

MSI or Gigabyte - GTX 660Ti

Which of these two do you recommend? I really like the Gigabyte, but the MSI has more reviews on Amazon.

Should I go with Gigabyte or MSI, on Newegg the MSI one has more reviews than the Gigabyte.

GTX 660Ti or GTX 670

I don't game much, so I don't know whether it's worth to buy the Gigabyte GTX 670 OC, and just get the Gigabyte GTX 660Ti OC. Is it worth the extra $100? It has to be an NVIDIA because I'm running OS X on PC. I got a i7-3770K on GA-Z77X-UD5H.

Which GPU under $200

I'm building a moderate gaming system for a friend. Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128514 CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103962 and a 750W PSU I don't see that this board supports PCI-E 3.0, which GPU should I get? Can I use an NVIDIA GPU?

PSU mounting

OK, thanks. All cases get dusty if you don't clean inside with compressed air.

I just got a new Antec Three Hundred Two case that has the mounting of the PSU on the bottom. Do I install the PSU with the fan up or down?

Two Samsung 840 Pro's & 1 840 have failed, 4 at [H]ardOCP (Early review sample SSD's)

I got my Samsung 840 Pro 256GB today (from Amazon), the firmware version is DXM03B0Q. I'll post any issues should I encounter any.
