XP 1800 cooling question

I have a Volcano 7(temp diode mod to constant 5000 rpm) and a new stock XP HS...I don't want to go thru the hassle of testing the XP HS and was wondering which would perform better...The Volcano 7 currently keeps cpu temps on my 1.33 tbird to 10 degrees C over the ambient.

Need recommendations on HS and fans...Running a sauna under the hood
