Dell XPS 1530 Review

I got wc3 up and running a few hours ago. It was suprisingly fast and easy to get it transfered over. Just had to set up as admin program and put in compatability mode to work right. I really like vista. I guess I havent had to deal with any compatability issues like a lot of people.

Best adder circuits?

I have been trying to find out what the fastest adder circuits are, and how they work, but I havent been able to find anything. Anyone know what intel/amd/ti etc, uses for adder circuits? And do you have a diagram of a circuit that I could try to understand? Thanks in advance.

What to get?

I have a 7950GT, which is really outdated by now. I am looking to upgrade to the 4850 or 4870. How much of an improvment will I be looking at for these? I know that the 4870 isnt out yet, so there is no reviews/previews to go by, but will I be wowed by the cheaper 4850? Or maybe I should...

Obama & McCain EQUAL in polls?

Have YOU read Obama's polocies? I doubt it, since he hardly reveals what he has planned, but when he does, the media doesnt cover it at all. He wants to kill our military and prevent us from using SUVs and heating/air conditioning. Those are some things that he has said (not in those words)...

I have read that the 4870 X2 will be 250 watt tdp, not 300. You also must consider their minimum tpds which is supposed to be insanely low.

help me troubleshoot long, long bootup?

Go to run and type in msconfig. After that, go into startup and uncheck all the things that you dont want to load when you start your computer and click ok. Restart and see if it helps.

I dont even know where to start looking for that in the code. I have a pretty basic knowlege of programming.

It doesnt matter what codec to use. I want to be able to find the exact color of individual pixels and do calculations based upon them. I also want to be able to show only certain layers (red, green, or blue) at certain times.
