Fasttrak RAID card woes

I have to 60GB WD drives (new) connect to my Promis Fasttrak 100 PCI RAID controller (also new), but it say it isn't detecting any drives when I go to set up an array. I tried each hard drive separetly on my mobo's onboard controller, and each one is recognized, meaning they aren't dead. I...

Well, I want it out of the internal network because I'll be using it for a multitude of things. It'll do VPN, light web serving, email, act as a game server, and any other jobs that might come up in the future. I thought having something like that inside the network would be unsafe.
