Can someone please double check my setup

I just had to upgrade my mobo/cpu combo. I got an Epox 8RDA+ with an AMD 2600+ (333 FSB), along with 2 sticks of 512 DDR 400 crucial RAM. I have my FSB Frequency at 166mhz while the multiplier is 12.5. Is this the correct setting? I'm not sure how to verify that my cpu is running at it's...

Computer hangs on shut down then won't reboot

When I plug in the power supply nothing happens. I've even tried the power supply on another computer to no luck. I've also tried a different power supply on my computer with no luck... i guess it's time for a new system, or ps, cpu and mobo... thanks for the response. -ty
