Had another one or two, but dont have access to the email I signed up with I think. Dont post too much obviously. I emailed them about it and they sent be some BS response, I didnt pursue it though.

Bill Starr's 5x5 Full Body Workout

hmm, I was planning on starting the intermediate program next week, but maybe I should do the advanced instead. Bodyweight: 215 BF: ~15 I think Bench: 275 Deadlift: 495 Squat: 345 OH Press: Probably weak, havent done it in forever. Any opinions?

Its a decent program, but like just about any REAL program out there, the key is diet, and actually doing the workouts. You can find it easily online, so try it off there.

I disagree. Steroids can cause a person to be more aggressive, but it wont turn someone who is fairly passive to an animal; and if you do fly off the handle, it should be controlable. But if you take a person who is naturally an asshole and a nut, and he knows steroids are supposed to make him...

It was not signed for at all, and newegg shipped my speakers separately, and they were shipped, and left on my porch in the retail speaker box, which I received
