i have the 3AA version, i like it over the 2AA. longer runtime and slightly brighter beam. but it is significanly longer length than the 2AA which is longer than the 2AA regular mini-mag.
while the lux 1watt led is nice the beam is compete garbage. I bought one a while back and sorry i did. Led has an awful color too.
The MiniMag 3watt led flashlights are loads better, but they do cost more. I've also bought the dorcy 1 watters (the metal gears from walmart) that use 3 aaa...

hmm try switching the resolution and then either turn off/on the TV and then check or switch inputs. I used to work for a comcast contractor...its entirely possible that your box is bad.
for longer runs, i'd try to use hickory chunks (not chips). seems to burn longer than lump charcoal for me, but kinda more difficult to start. I want to get a ceramic 'green' egg, but they are very expensive, and I think the weber smoker does a darn good job.
