i'm looking at purchasing one to help lessen the severity of the decibels being expelled from what used to be my quiet little computer. i upgraded to a Lian-Li and now have

well, i'm ALSO wanting to connect a majority of my 4pin fans to a Digital Doc 5 which only has 3pin fan connections. i COULD just cut all the 4pin connectors and splice in 3pin conectors, but i'd rather not. i HAVE found a couple of places that sell them for $2/each and i've found the parts...
first, thanks to ALL of you who responded!!
seems there is ONE person who carries an actual 4pin to 3pin adapter : www.2cooltek.com.
they are $2/each, but to make some myself, i'll pay ~$2 in parts.
i'm asking him about a quantity discount to see if i can get them cheaper...
i have asked for a rebuild (see number below). i want to see what type of compensation package they are offering. after they make the official announcement, i will see if i can get an additional domain as my compensation instead of more space. here is my rebuild request "form" that i submitted...
ok, this is my first post to this thread concerning cyberwings (not counting the one directly above this one cuz it had to do with IRC, not cyberwings). i have remained silent but have been following along with the events as they have unfolded. i too took advantage of the $3.90 deal since it...
actually, many IRC servers are setup to auto-kick any nick with the word "bot" in it. i used to run one and that was one of the options in the config....
just a thought.
i have some fans with bare leads and i'm trying to find some place that sells 3 pin connectors or 4pin molex ends. i can find 3pin tp 4 pin adapters, 3 pin connectors for panaflo fans, but not just a 3pin or 4pin connector end. i could use the panaflo connector as seen here, but at $2 each, it...
as i'm currently in the market for products and ideas that will quiet this jet engine sitting next to me, i would DEFINITELY buy one if it works. are you looking into American distributors? shipping would kills us yanks!
well, it used to be DMA... that's what has got me so confused. i wouldnt have noticed except that when i went to burn something my CPU utilization went through the roof and it NEVER did with this burner before. i guess next i'll try taking the aopen drive back out and see if there is any...

<< 2meg... good or bad? >>
unless you have a western digital SE hard drive, then the drives in your computer are all using 2meg buffers. i dont think anyone but Western Digital has released a hard drive with a buffer larger than 2megs. the bigger question here, IMHO, is whether or not this...
