How to update video bios using a PCI video card

I am trying to re-flash my ASUS V6800 Deluxe video card using the PCI video card. There were no video signals coming from the V6800 card after I accidentally ran the bios update program. So I need step by step clear instructions as to how I can re-flash the bios. Thanks.

Maximum PC rates the Antec SX830... rant...

I just got the Antec SX830 case from Onvia.com (I am one of those last souls that got the free shipping with a price tag of 80 USD) Luckily I bought it fast when I saw the price jumped to 85 USD. This case is a joy to work on. No question abt it. My case came with 2 removable drive cage too !

Midiland or Creative?

I don't know abt Creative but I have the Midiland 8200. For this speaker to work, u have to use S/PDIF optical cable, otherwise there will be distortions like low humming sound. So I thought I let u know ahead of time. I am using this for my home theater as I am broke but it sounds pretty good...

Deciding which 300W PS to buy

Need Help! Do I Have A Power Problem?

Looks like it. I have the same power supply and the same problems ! Deer power supply sucks ! I am in the process of finding a replacement for this crap.Looking at Antec power supplies but someone said that Enermax is better but they are so costly !
