Hello. I used to connect my laptop to my router for internet and to access my wireless printer.
I have recently been wirelessly tethering my cell phone to my laptop.

All I did was use the backup feature in cpanel then I unzipped it. Cpanel only shows one 17MB database. The file that I unzipped turned out to be 4700kb.

I have a mysql database for a website and cpanel shows that it is 17MB.
When I unzipped the .gz that was downloaded from cpanel the size of the .sql is 4700 kb. What went wrong? Or did anything go wrong?
I'm not sure if "resolving" is the correct term but I have an index.php file in my public_html directory and it doesn't display the page when I go to the site.
What could be the issue?
I added a test index.htm file to the same directory and it did display when I went to the site.
