Not sure how long I will keep it. I am due for a rebuild in the next year or so but whatever card I buy will get moved to my 2nd box and get used for a while so I want it to have some guts. Looks like there are some pretty good options at around 200.
My video card just toasted and I'm in the market for another. I mainly play World of Warcraft right now. Can you recommend a replacement? Would like to spend no more than 350. Thanks.

I tried replacing the cables and the monitor and it's still happening. It screen starts to lag, pixels go haywire, it hangs and then the system reboots. Now I'm not getting any video.
I was playing World of Warcraft and the graphics went nuts and pixels filled the screen and it hung. I rebooted and played more last night OK. This morning it's happened 3x in 3 minutes. The drivers are up todate. What should I look at as the problem? Graphics card? How can I diagnose this...
Did some searching and found the writeup on testing the PSU by jumping it with a paper clip. The article was well written except it didn't give you an expected result. I assume the PSU should come on in this situation. My PSU is not powering on. I am assuming that it's bad and I'll pick up...
This morning my computer won't power on. I can see that the motherboard is getting power for a light that comes on but nothing is happening. I'll post my specs with I can put them together for you. What are the possible problems here?

Do you know what I should be looking for? I don't see anything that refers to the two ports in the mixer. Now the mixer that is popping up is the Creative mixer, do I need to pull up something else?
I just picked up some TRITTON AX360 Digital Audio Gaming Headphones. The only way I can get them to work is to unplug my speakers from my sound card and plug the headphones in. I tried to use the Coaxial S/PDIF Out port and the Optical S/PDIF Out port on the motherboard but they did not work...
I have had this system up for about 4 months. About every 5th time I start the system it will not boot and give 3 system beeps. I have to upplug it and start it again and it will launch. It's wierd because it happens so randomly. It purrs like a kitten when it's up and running. Any suggestions...
I can't make clear the instructions for the slots on the ASUS P5N32-SLI Premium motherboard that I should be putting the two 1gig clips of memory. The memory that I have is listed below. Here are the four slots:

The cord that comes with this video card has two leads that could be plugged into the power supply. The manual is not clear on this issue. Are they both supposed to be plugged in or just one? I am running just the one card.
Thanks!

I used to have a program on a floppy that would completely wipe my hard drive instead of just reformating. I gave away the disk and can't remember the name. Can someone point me to a good program?
That was it, thanks! I used the steps they suggested and it worked! Not the only wierd thing is that no matter what I set my default home page too it reverts to blank after reboot. Not really a big deal but annoying. Anyone had that happen?
Here is my hijack log.
