Hah, I'm at a F100 company and also use Peregrine. I hate it also. Fortunately, I'll be moving over to the 3rd level support where I don't have to create tickets with that godforsaken software.

you could start drinking, going to bars, and chasing tail.... learn to play the drums.... REad. Watch movies. Join the military. Take flying lessons. Get sushi and not pay. Speed. Make art. dunno...

Battlefield 2

I have the same chip and vid card. 1 Gig of the Patriot w XBL at 1T 2,2,2,5 using onboard sound. One 74G Raptor HD. All my components are at stock speed. I run at 1600x1200, everything at high except shadows. I run Ansio at HIGH in the BF options and I think I'm running 2x AA. Audio...

Battlefield 2- Help Forum.

Is there an adapter that will allow an old joystick that plugs into a game port, to work in USB or anything else? I have onboard sound, so no where to plug in the old Sidewinder stick.

Some awards you can only get if you are a squad memeber, squad leader, or commander. Some you have to be all of those, like the ribbon I mentioned up above. So no, if you're always a lone wolf, you'll never get them.

I spent a lot of time playing AT also. I had to rely on combat points instead of teamplay points, because you don't get many team points as AT. I've been playing Assault lately instead and just seeking vehicles for protection. Assault seems to grant team points for just killing and capping...

A few days ago, updating was real spotty. I thought I had lost everything, however it did eventually show up. I might have lost one ribbon or so.

Which gun did you unlock first in BF2?

You simply have to get enough points. 1000 to unlock one. 10,000 to unlock the second. 25,000 to unlock the 3rd. Etc.

BF2 unlockable weapons

Man, I want one of the shotguns now. I've been playing more engineer on account of vehicles, and being bored with AT and the mp5. The regular shotgun has been serving me well. I'm now torn between the Jackhammer and the DAO-12. I've got a long way to go to another weapon unlock. 6000...

So I finally installed Battlefield 2

That's the standard learning curve. Turn your mouse sensitivity up high and use invert mouse. Remember to use your turn keys as well as the mouse. Gentle movements. hard turning you need to bank with mouse, AND use the turn keys on keyboard.

Battlefield 2 Punishing system

Without a doubt though, commanders are the ones getting too many TK point deducts. I know, because I'm one of them. Commanders seen to always end up with negative team points because of the silly TK thing. ANd you can be winning and STILL get kicked from a server. That's really dumb.

I used to have a problem with choppers. Then I did what someone recommended. Increase the mouse sensitivity up high for heli's, like 7 or 7.5 or whatever. Then make sure invert mouse is selected. Then you can practice on a server you setup for yourself. You'll just have to look at an...
