Gene Simmons is an a$$hole

I'd like to add my two cents and say that if they think that the quality matters to the "LP/Casette v. CD/MP3" argument, then why don't they just make crappy recordings to begin with. Then no one would be able to actually pirate the music ever because the quality would suck like with tapes...

PDF Problems

It doesn't seem that Sumatra has a TOC, but I don't care about that. I like Foxit a lot. Stick with that. Acrobat is lame. (However, Adobe did seem to speed it up in v. 8) But I didn't really mean for this to be a comparison or anything. I was just mentioning this in hopes that someone...

Poll: What is your favorite web browser?

I use AvantBrowser: it rocks all. However I would use FF if the interface was as customizable; I enjoy the plugins. I wish I could code so It'd satisfy all my needs.

PDF Problems

Hi all: I just tried to print a pdf from CSU Fullerton's career center that we recieved in reply to our job posting. The thing printed out real weird with the spacing ok but the text was mostly giberish (random letters with real bad spacing). Please note that it displayed fine in Acrobat...

I just love Ubuntu 7.10

Thanks for the respectful replies. I agree that there are problems with drivers and such with Linux, but the only problem I have had was using a 7600GS right after the card came out (in other words, it is understandable that there would be problems.) And Stu says it was a prob w/ 1 specific...

Jamba Juice - Buy one (functional flavor)

Just FYI, they have a guarantee that if the boost ruins the taste, they will make it again for you w/o it. You can also substitute some things. I had them replace the tea in the fit and fruitful for more lemonade. Turned out great. Kinda like a Surf Rider/Tsunami taste.
