So, is this the replacement for the 400SC...meaning no more 400SC? I think this is a great deal but it isn't a good of a universal deal without the AGP slot. I have bought several 400SCs, which I am using for everything from a desktop, to a Linux desktop to a Linux thin-client server. I am...
I also have to give this a thumbs up. It's a quality DVD player and it has been really cool to have teh DIVX element. I picked it up at target for about $15 more...this seems like a great deal,
If you are at Staples, you can also give money to their school supply project. They usually give supples out at cost with the donations. I am a school teacher, and I know there is a need.
I'll share my sad, sad tale.
I was driving to another town to go on a date with a friend who just so happened to be my future wife. I stopped at a SuperCuts so I could get a haircut and look even more suave than I already am. The haircut was so bad that I had to go buy a hat. Sure, it made...

I am building a PVR/PowerPoint Presentation/Media Player box for my classroom (I teach history to high school students) and I thought I bought this card at Christmas time for a friend that was using Snapstream PVR software. Looking at their site, they...

I have been burned too much by reconditioned items...be careful on this one!!
Does anyone have any experience comparing DVD copying software or DVD to CDR software? I tried DVD Shrink last night and I have to say...I'm impressed considering it is FREE.
I am no tech slouch and I could never get the PacBell remotes to work with winamp or anything else, no matter what the software bundle. If you really want a remote, check out the GyroMouse or one of the wireless Logitech presentation mice. They are more expensive, but they are superior in quality.
BTW...I picked up one of these some time ago and made it into a Fedora Core 1 (Red Hat) Linux box...and it runs like a charm. If you are looking to try Linux, this box kicks ass for that.
Although it would be a sweet find if it worked, the rebate form on the Staples site implies that it won't possibly work. It says you can't combine with any other special offer AND you can use it on a printer price 599 or lower. Sorry...
