Like I originally posted - you're mind is already made up - you just want a bunch of strangers on a 'Net BBS to sign off on your BS "financial plan". Since you're obviously willing to consider any scheme to avoid having to work while attending school, I also seriously doubt you have the...
You do realize that you've already made your decision, and you just want some support for rationalizing it, don't you? That the bike, furniture, and comp system will be obsolete and / or long gone by the time you have to start paying for them? And that it's the absolute worst kind of debt to...
I use AC 120mm fans wired into a switch box with the pump for my water-cooling projects.
Fans and pump can continue to cool the system after I shut it down.
Try using "professional quality", rather than "hobby level" tools for a hand nibbler:
Eastwood Automotive
A window kit installation in an In-Win 500 case took me 45 minutes from start to finish using this tool. You can cut 120mm blow holes without any trouble; 92mm and 80mm with a little...
Word is that the troops will go in wearing full MOPP gear - When the first Iraqi chem / bio artillery shell gets lobbed their way, we'll KNOW who the real liar is . . . You know - the ones Saddam says they don't have, but authorised his commanders to use . . .
Doesn't it bother you that a country with extensive financial interests in Iraq, that are dependant on Saddam Hussein remaining in power due to agreements made directly with him and / or his sons, would threaten to veto ANY resolution effort attempting to establish a deadline for compliance to...
trait is correct, and IMO a GFCI is a good investment, especially wherever electric devices and liquids are used in the same area.
The kit is reasonably well made, with a radiator that is significantly larger than the Thermaltake kit. I'm willing to bet this kit is at least as efficient as the...
I have this kit - it works just fine.
Comes with mounts for AMD / P3 and P4 cpu's, silicone tubing with"non-kink" internal springs, and compression fittings on the resevoir and cpu block. The pump is a 110v submersible, mounted in the resevoir - you do have to cut the pump wire and feed it...
I used one of these mobo's for a 900 Mhz WinME system that I gave to my sister for her first home PC.
Her daughter plays around with "The Sims" a bit - but that's all the "gaming" they do. E-mail, surf, and some letters is its main use, and on that basis, the only thing my P4 2.8 rig does...
I want to justify my purchase os a $90+ tool as much as the next guy; But all this Dremel chatter misses the point of the thread (and my post) completely:
Eastwood has an automotive grade nibbler that's well designed, durable, will cut down to a 1.5" radius, and costs $20 + shipping. It makes a...
Lizardman, et al:
Dremel tools are effective when the user relies on the inherant 25k - 30k RPM capability for material removal. That requires patience, and a light but firm touch to control the tool. Unfortunately, many (if not most) users lack the patience to use it properly, and just bear...
This topic comes up so often that it should just be pinned at the top of the Case Mods Forum . . .
The small Radio Shack nibbler is made for cutting gauge or switch holes in thin aluminum panels. Yes, it will cut .030 - .040" steel panels common to most cases; But you should wear gloves, or...
