Mechanical Keyboard Quality

I bought my son a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 (which has cherry switches) and he LOVES it. I have just retired my old Logitech G15 in favour of a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Chroma, only just got it, but coming from a membrane keyboard it feels very different, but nice just the same. Can't say...

Stargate: Universe....Richard Dean Anderson must be rolling in his grave...

I am a big Stargate fan, have all the seasons apart from SGU season 2. And I've watched them all more than once. But the worst of all things that happened was the end of SGA. I only have 2 words for the abomination "Wormhole Drive" I mean, WTF?!?!?!?! It seemed like SGA was going along fine...

"Sold" something on eBay, buyer hasn't paid...options?

I've had a few issues with ebay, both selling and buying. Sold a HD7770 which was in new condition (only taken out of the box to test) and the buyer emailed me telling me it didnt work. I don't accept returns but was so sure the card worked I just got him to send it back. Didnt need the hassle...

Video Card Returned, but passed FurMark & 3DMark

Could be his system had other problems that showed up when it was pushed. Sounds like a PSU problem. Clicking noise could be caused by something arcing in the PSU, which would cause the smell too. Anyway, if the card doesn't smell of burnt components its probably fine.

amd fx cpus were future proof...

I think that anything that gives a FREE performance increase can never be a bad thing. I'm looking forward to how things actually work in a real-world scenario. Will Intel still be faster? Of course, but if DX12 does actually give the large performance increases that it can, then EVERYBODY...
