Best price I found for the 128 was $178.98 at ECost and $179.99 at DataVis. I picked up the 64 for $79 at ECost. Would have done the Staples pricematch, but ECost also had a nice deal on the Sony AV-2100 remote for $92, so I was ordering from them anyway.

Haven't heard of too many problems, although one guy in the AVS forum had his rebate lost. I believe he did get his rebate in the end with help from ReplayTV.
